Code of conduct – According to Law no. 15/2016 smoking is prohibited in non-smoking areas. A penalty of 500 RON will be applied for smoking in these spaces.
If, after your departure, we find that minibar products have been consumed without being reported, we reserve the right to charge your card for the products consumed.
On arrival, guests must check the room inventory and report any discrepancies to reception. The room and its contents must be left in the same condition on departure. Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items.
Guests are liable to the hotel for damage caused through negligence or intentionally to other guests or staff, the buildings, furniture or hotel equipment.
It is not allowed to drink and / or prepare drinks that are not bought from the property bar in the common areas. All wet surfaces present an increased risk of slipping, and these areas are used at your own risk. All children who go to the pool must be constantly supervised by a parent or guardian.
Payment policy – By signing this form, you authorise the hotel to charge your credit card on departure for any unpaid services. You agree that this charge may be made without your signature on the final invoice, and you agree to pay for all services provided and invoiced by the hotel. If a third party, such as a travel agency or company, is responsible for payment, you personally guarantee payment for additional services if that third party does not settle these charges within the agreed period.
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – As a CUSTOMER of THE PINES BOUTIQUE VILLA BRAȘOV you are informed of your rights regarding the personal data collected and processed by us. According to the legislation in force, accommodation in any hotel unit involves the processing of a set of personal data necessary for customer records (Norm on access, records and protection of tourists in tourist reception facilities, 08.02.2001). Your personal data are obtained directly by filling in the Accommodation Form or through online booking systems, being processed by THE PINES BOUTIQUE VILLA BRAȘOV as operator and include the following categories: personal data: name, surname, citizenship, CNP, CI, date of birth, place of birth, country of residence, video surveillance images; contact details: home address, telephone, email; data regarding the duration of the stay: day of arrival, day of departure, purpose of the trip.
The processing of these data is based on applicable legislation and our legitimate interest in providing hotel services. As stated in our Privacy Policy (www.thepines.ro), the data you provide will be processed only for the purposes for which they were collected. They will not be used for other purposes or shared with other entities, except where provided for by law. The data will be retained only for as long as necessary to provide hotel services or as required by law.
You have the right to ask us at any time for access to your personal data, the right to rectify or delete data, to restrict, oppose the processing, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
