• Commercial information related to the payment of the services we provide – accommodation, restaurant, Spa, events;

We only collect your data absolutely necessary for the good performance of the services, in conditions of legality and maximum security. The purposes for which we may process personal information in accordance with applicable law include: the provision of booking services, accommodation, breakfast or other tourist activities, billing and payment for these services, pre- and post-sale communication.

For your complete safety, we provide electronic security and video monitoring services. Depending on the occasion, if you participate in events and you are not accommodated at our hotel, we may request certain personal identification and communication data for the proper organization of events.

THE PINES VILLA will keep your personal information for as long as it deems appropriate or in accordance with applicable laws or regulations. The information collected is stored in appropriate technical and organizational conditions. You may request the deletion of certain information from us at any time, and we will comply with such requests, unless we are required to maintain a minimum of information by applicable law or when our legitimate interests so require.

As a hotel service provider THE PINES VILLA does not carry out operations aimed at the international transfer of data on a regular basis and at high volumes. Basically, we do not ship the data we process outside the country. → The right to rectification, respectively the right to obtain the correction, without justified delays, by THE PINES VILLA of inaccurate / unjustified personal data, as well as the updating of incomplete data; it is possible to check the accuracy of the data before rectifying it.

→ Right to erasure of data, (‘right to be forgotten’), where one of the following reasons applies:

• the data are no longer needed to fulfill the original purposes
• consent is withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for processing
• when the data subject opposes the processing and there are no legitimate reasons to prevail
• if personal data has been processed illegally
• when the data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation;

We are not obligated to comply with your request to delete your personal data if the processing of your personal data is necessary:

• for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right in court.
